Namibia
A series of photographs taken in 2012 during a journey around Namibia, one of the driest, most sparsely populated countries on earth, where wildlife, plants and people have all adapted in extraordinary ways to survive in the extreme environment. Several photographs were taken during a flight over the Skeleton Coast, the Namib Desert and the salt works off the coast.
The photographs were commissioned by the Namibia Tourist Board and USAID.
